She is a Certified Trainer with a strong academic foundation, holding a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) and a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. With a deep understanding of child development and educational needs, Hema focuses on supporting children who face academic and learning challenges. She uses structured, individualized, and evidence-based approaches to help learners improve their academic skills, confidence, and overall functioning. As an experienced Life Skills Trainer, Hema also works on enhancing essential life competencies such as communication, emotional regulation, problem-solving, and social skills.
